These pieces I would say do not fit into a particular genre, but rather seem to span several, or are hard to pin down. They are in no set forms, but themes return treated in different ways, seeming to move through several different moods. My aim is that these pieces are enjoyable for players who have a taste for popular music and jazz, as well as classical piano music. The level of the pieces is in the grade 6/7 region.
